To effortlessly incorporate the basic principles of the HLW program, we offer optional organic cooking classes. Like your own cooking show a HLW chef demonstrates how to prepare fast delicious easy meals your family will love along with tasty tips and nutrition facts to instill a full understanding of whole foods and their benefits. This is also a chance to create community around healthy living. The best part is you get to eat all of the healthy dishes at the end of the lesson.
Our Whole Foods Cooking Classes meet the second Monday evening of every month.
They are open to guests for $25 and former clients for $15.
